Frequently Asked Questions

An AI enabled app that gives carers the information they need to do a great job. Boost is a learning tool where carers can ask the assistant questions or explore learning videos on a wide range of topics.

If your care home has subscribed to Boost, you will have access on your care device, otherwise, you can download Boost on the Google Play Store. Once Boost is installed on a device, you can access it anytime using your unique login details. Contact hello@boostcare.org if you have any problems accessing Boost.

Boost is currently only available on Android, but we are working on an iOS release as soon as possible.

You will be automatically added to Boost by your care home. Once you've been added, you will receive login instructions from your manager. If you're using Boost on your personal device, you will need to install it and then login with the same login details that you use in your care setting.

As a pilot user, you are one of the first carers to ever use Boost! Mostly we just want you to use the app. If you've got specific ideas and feedback for us, please let us know either in the feedback section in the app or by emailing hello@boostcare.org

The Boost app is made of three key parts:

  • The AI assistant that gives you the answers you need
  • The learning library where you can explore learning videos
  • The management dashboard where managers can access data and upload documents for learning

You can also get support from the Boost team if you have any technical issues by inputting your query in the feedback section of the app.

If you've got specific ideas and feedback for us, please let us know either in the feedback section in the app or by emailing: hello@boostcare.org

English and Polish, with a host of other languages to be added in the future.

  • Integrations with other care software
  • Gamification such as points, badges, and leaderboards
  • Other types of learning media like audio, documents, and images

Much, much more!

No. Boost is a powerful tool that gives you helpful information at your fingertips, but it can be seen as an add-on to your Mandatory training.
